Scheduled IT Asset Uplift & Secure Processing
For every scheduled collection, Elite UK IT Trading Company assigns a unique job code at the time of booking. On your chosen date and time slot, our tracked vehicle and trained driver will arrive at your premises to collect all hardware designated for recycling.
The driver will count all items and document them on a Waste Transfer & Duty of Care note, which is handed to you. This document also includes instructions for accessing your Asset Report and Certificates of Data Destruction through our dedicated Client Portal.
Secure Equipment Handling & Tracking
Once your equipment arrives at our licensed facility, it is placed in quarantine and assigned to a dedicated technician. Each item is carefully logged, including make, model, and serial numbers for PCs, laptops, servers, hard drives, and SSDs, all tied to the unique job code.
Certified Data Destruction
Devices are then processed in our secure Data Destruction area, accessible only to authorised personnel, using HMG IS5-approved destruction standards. After completion, a serial-number-specific certificate of destruction is generated for every hard drive and SSD. These certificates are embedded directly into your Asset Report for easy reference and record-keeping.
Comprehensive Asset Reports
For every collection, Elite UK IT Trading Company produces a detailed Asset Report, accessible via the Client Portal. This report documents every item handled, the destruction method applied, and provides the corresponding certificates of data destruction.
Maintaining this record not only ensures compliance with data protection regulations, but also demonstrates your organisation’s commitment to responsible IT asset disposal, particularly during audits.
